Why do I see the "Analyze & Repair" button?

The Analyze and Repair button is just an option to fix certain problems, that wouldn't be able to get fixed otherwise. Having that button is not an indicator of any error. It's always displayed to ensure that it can be used if there is any issue. So if everything is fine, just ignore that button.
