Cause

Some of our files are missing due to a wrong installation/update.

Solution

You should reinstall Smart Slider. Try FTP installation this time, because that usually works out better. Use a program like Filezilla to install Smart Slider again, because that writes out if a file uploading fails, and you can try to upload these files again.

If you are using WordPress, follow these instructions. You can just let the previous files to be overwritten, and this way the missing files should get uploaded too. Your sliders will stay, so you don't have to worry about them!
