How to add a video?

Video layers

Smart Slider 3 has the following layers to show videos: YouTube, Vimeo and Video Pro. You can add these layers in the Slide editor, when you add a new layer. If you don't have any slides yet, create a Blank slide first.

Slide Background Pro

You can only use self-hosted videos in the given file format: MP4. For loading optimization we suggest setting background image for the slides with background videos as well.

You can select your slide background video at the Slide, which you can find in the Slide editor. If you don't have a slide already, add a new Blank slide.

Slider Background Pro

You can only use self-hosted videos in the given file format: MP4.

You can an MP4 video as the background of your whole slider.

A slider background is behind all slides in the slider, so you can have a video playing in the background, while your slides containing only layers could slide over it.
